Inclusion through health
At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we endeavour to create a supportive and understanding working environment where everyone can find fulfilment. We understand that individual well-being plays a part in collective success, which is why we take into consideration the challenges employees may be facing in their lives, either at work or at home.
Moreover, as demographics change, people are working longer and longer, and expectations are evolving, we take a fresh look at our employees’ career journeys.
“At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we strive to create enduring careers for all, including people living with long-term illnesses or disabilities. This means adapting the way we do things, listening, supporting as well as respecting the abilities and lived experiences of every employee.â€

Our vision
To recruit, support and keep people living with long-term illnesses or disabilities in work.
Our objective
Provide long-term career paths for all our employees.
How we take action
To enhance inclusion, our initiatives take account of individuals’ specific needs, particularly in relation to age, gender and personal circumstances.
1
Disability in the workplace
We are committed to:
- keeping employees who become unfit to do their job in work
- recruiting people with disabilities
- outsourcing to companies that employ a majority of people with disabilities
With support from Trajeo’h, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Group disability structure.
2
Long-term illnesses
Â鶹ÊÓƵ became the first building and civil engineering company to sign the Cancer@Work charter.
The aim is to promote knowledge and shift perceptions of cancer and chronic diseases while providing a welcoming and supportive environment for people living with such conditions.
3
Mental health
Â鶹ÊÓƵ has led the way in preventing and responding to psychosocial risks. At many Â鶹ÊÓƵ sites, we brief and train managers and have put in place a series of measures including setting up hotlines, providing psychological support and running campaigns around mental health.
